About This Scrapbook
Where food, fun, and chaos collide!
Welcome to my kitchen chaos!
Hi! I'm just someone who loves cooking, eating, and making a beautiful mess in the kitchen. This scrapbook is where I collect all my favourite recipes — the ones I've scribbled on napkins, torn from magazines, inherited from family, and discovered through late-night cooking experiments!
I'm not a professional chef. I'm just a home cook who believes that food should be delicious, approachable, and fun. My recipes aren't perfect, and my kitchen photos are definitely NOT styled by professionals (that's my actual kitchen counter, mess and all!). But what they ARE is real, tested, and loved.
Why "Scrapbook"?
Because that's exactly what this is! Just like a real scrapbook, nothing here is perfectly aligned or professionally designed. Some recipes are simple weeknight dinners, others are weekend projects. Some are traditional, others are my own weird inventions. They're all stuck here with washi tape and love!
I believe the best recipes are the ones that get splattered with sauce, scribbled with notes, and passed between friends. So if something here inspires you to cook, please make it your own. Add your favourite spices, swap ingredients, adjust to your taste. That's how great food happens!
My cooking philosophy
Keep it simple. Use good ingredients. Don't stress about perfection. Taste as you go. Share with people you love. And for goodness sake, have fun! Cooking should be joyful, not stressful.
